Alia Growth is operated by ALIA ASIA PLT, operating address: B-11-16, Mercu Summer Suites, Jalan Cendana, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ("Alia," "we," "us"). This notice explains what we collect when you use our free Business Review and our products.

What we collect: the business and contact details you give us in the Business Review form (business name, category, location, website, phone/WhatsApp number, email); the answers you give in our Business Basics questionnaire; publicly accessible information about your business we look up as part of preparing your review; and records of any product you purchase.

How we use it: to prepare your free Business Review and any paid product you order, and to contact you about your review or order. If you separately opt in, we may also send occasional tips or offers by email, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting your review or any product you've bought.

AI-assisted preparation: where enabled, we use selected business information and public evidence with AI service providers to help draft your review. Staff review drafts before release. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records in questionnaire answers or support messages.

Who else sees it: our own team and service providers supporting hosting, AI-assisted preparation and payment processing (Stripe), as needed to prepare and deliver your review or order. We do not sell your information.

Where it's stored: your project details and support requests are stored in our application database. Account credentials are stored as password hashes; session cookies support access to your project. A separate first-party offer cookie (up to one year) remembers whether this browser has claimed or ended the free Business Review offer; it does not track you across other websites.

Optional measurement: With your tracking consent, our US$199 Voice sales page measures visits, clicks, scrolling, video use and active time. Alia stores coarse click/hover heatmaps, without typed form values, payment details, voice conversations or session recordings. Meta receives page views and confirmed purchase events for ad measurement, including a browser identifier where available. Rejecting tracking does not affect your purchase. Change your choice through Cookie preferences on that sales page; Global Privacy Control blocks collection. Our results cover consented traffic only. Meta may process this data internationally under its privacy policy.

Requested SMS messages: If you explicitly agree during an Alia voice interaction, Alia Asia PLT may send one text containing the information or setup link you requested to your confirmed mobile number. SMS consent is optional and separate from payment, service access and email marketing consent. We process the mobile number and consent record for this purpose, including the disclosure and your response, with our messaging service providers. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your choices: you can ask us to export or delete your information at any time, email us at hello@alia.asia or via the Ask the team form. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
