Business Essential Kit (US$9.99): You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are available where your personalised Kit has not been substantially delivered or used. We also review billing errors, duplicate charges and service failures and provide an appropriate remedy. This is not an unconditional seven-day money-back guarantee.

Other setup and recurring services: contact us with your order details to discuss cancellation and any work already completed. The separately agreed terms for your service apply. A setup purchase does not automatically authorise recurring billing.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
