Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Alia Growth, operated by ALIA ASIA PLT, operating address: B-11-16, Mercu Summer Suites, Jalan Cendana, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The free Business Review: no payment or card is required. The review is based on information you provide and publicly accessible information about your business. It is not a legal, financial, security, or certified assessment, and does not guarantee any specific result, including customer numbers, revenue, or search/AI ranking.

Paid products: prices are shown in USD at checkout before you pay. The Business Essential Kit is a one-time payment including 12 months of Business Hub access with no automatic renewal. Discovery, Acquirer and Relationship products are one-time setup fees; any optional recurring service is described separately on that product's own page and is never bundled silently into the setup price. Continued access or service beyond any stated included term requires a separate agreement.

Alia requested SMS program: After you explicitly agree during an Alia voice interaction, Alia Asia PLT may send one SMS per request containing the information or setup link you requested. SMS consent and payment are optional; you can continue the demonstration or access the service without consenting to SMS. This permission does not authorize recurring promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and stop further messages, or HELP for assistance. You may also contact hello@alia.asia. To receive another requested text after opting out, you must provide fresh explicit consent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Notice for how we handle mobile information and SMS consent. SMS delivery is subject to carrier verification, service activation and network availability.

Changes to these terms: we may update these terms; continued use after a posted update means you accept the revised terms.
